The location and a good size room (in a superior room)
No lift and no parking, but paid parking was just around the corner

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very close to the very centre of Cannes, 5 minutes of walking distance. The personnel is very nice and smiling.
The balcony view was obstructed by a wall but for a night was ok and it was stated on the reservation papers.

Couple's Perfect Escape
The indoor pool was SO nice after long days out. You just can't beat that comfort.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but acceptable given the quality.

The hotel's location was good and fantastic, near all shops with main shopping street and a shopping street within walking distance❤
Some people working there were not very well informed.

Porters were friendly this is the only nice thing I can say for this hotel
Reception staff were rude and snotty like they we're doing you a favour by even talking to you. The room was very dark, poor lighting, balcony was hidious, it had a tiny table with two small chairs that was all walled in. The rooms adjacent could see into our room meaning we had to keep the blinds pulled all day. Location wise its not great either- all public beaches are the other end of Cannes, and most of the good restaurants.

Family with children great value for a short break
The indoor pool area was lovely, especially after a long day, it was great to unwind there. Breakfast was a highlight, really varied and delicious, everyone loved it, and I mean everyone, you can't go wrong with a good buffet.
It was not exactly cheap,, but acceptable when you consider the amenities.

The staff was best, rooms were well-maintained and functional. The hotel's location was central, right near all shops.

Hotel is very well located, close to all the stores and to the beach.
The outdoor pool wasn't open, leaving us disappointed. Our room felt cramped, and I kept bumping into the TV while walking around. The cleaning staff only came to tidy up late in the afternoon, frustrating.

Comfortable room, great breakfast, all the luxury of a place on the Croisette without the exorbitant price tag.

Impeccably clean hotel, and the staff were really helpful and always welcoming, location was perfect close to the sea. Location: the property was right by the city's main shopping street, train station, shops, supermarket and beach, and great transport links to other costal beaches/areas. The service was very efficient with parking next to the hotel.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is good and the location is right in the shopping district and convenient if you like shopping.
The room is a little bit dark, more light would be better.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The restaurant is excellent, not a lot of choices, but the quality is very good and the prices are very moderate.
The breakfast is good, with lots of choices, but I think 20,00 Euro per Person is too much.
